Neodent Discovery: 3D-tilted implants for a predictable NeoArch free-hand—reaching the anchor zones offering reliable primary stability

Immediacy in the posterior teeth areas and mostly in the maxillae has always been a challenge because of the limited bone volume and the soft quality of the bone. To overcome this, the solution will be to place longer tilted implants (and not larger) in a way to reach the anchor zones that is composed of harder bone. 3D positioning will ensure the possibility of placing longer than usual implants.
