For upper anterior region after reduction most of the time I found still need to place the implants buccally inclination so to leave the implants inside the bone but this will force me to use angle mutiunit abutments some times 30 degree and sink the implant in deeper. Any coments on these,Thanks!

Have you encouter facial fistula before from zygoma implants, what is your managment protocols?
For zygoma implant do you always inserted the implants that you always need to see the tip of the implants.
Hi Alex thanks for the nice presentation again. What is your contingency plan when we found out one implant fail to integration with bone after 3 months of placement of the frame work restoration.

Are there factors with maturing bone where Vit D , Ca, Mg, etc. deficiencies can accelerate bone loss especially in the peri-menopausal / menopause with osteopenia / osteoporosis occurrences? New literature our of Case Western in Cleveland alludes to these factors.
We always been taught that all on 4 is not advisable only if in the region of the inter premolar area for 5-5 restorations and all on 6 is always a better option. What is your opinion on this please?
