Often times a good quantity of autogenous bone can be harvested from the flutes of the burs ( or using bone scrapers to harvest bone. Do you see any downside of using autogenous bone in ANY of your grafting procedures?

In a staged approach, do you prefer BLT or BLX implants?
Immediate placement is possible for surgeons who perform implant surgery every week, but it may not be suitable for surgeons who only place implants once a month.
