When we have anterior upper incisors lingually tipped, and you want to distalize,
do you ask to protrude the incisors at the same time of distalizing or before?
Can we rotate the engager to put the bevel to cervical surface, to make the extrusions better?

Morning, do you ask your patients with anterior cross-bite and posterior bite-ramps to wear their aligners while eating until the tooth jumps the bite
