In This technic, do you have to rooth section complety since cervical to apical or only need the cervical side?

In case of coronectomy, how do we mitigate the risk of bacteria contaminating the root canals? Ideally a RCT may be needed but I understand it is not possible in most cases. Is local antibiotic application an option?
