Dr. med. dent. Diana Heimes received her medical license in 2019 and completed her doctorate in medicine in 2020 at the University of Rostock. Since 2019, she has been working as a resident physician and research associate at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University Medical Center Mainz. She obtained her dental license in 2023 and completed her doctorate in dentistry in 2024 at the University Medical Center Mainz.
Her clinical and scientific expertise lies in implant dentistry, with a particular focus on augmentation surgery, pain management, head and neck reconstruction, and temporomandibular joint disorders.
She is the author of over 40 international and more than 50 national publications and serves as a peer reviewer for various medical and dental journals.
