How do you remove and tighten the abutment screw in a cemented crown in an anterior crown ?

For the temp core , why not trim before torquing ? Seat, mark, remove and trim outside the mouth? Vibration and debris are the core of our question.
Is the threading one continuous thread or are there two parallel threads? Dr Niznick found having two or more parallel threads that an infection « following « the thread would be « stopped » by the healthy tissues of the second/ third thread.. Montreal asking.
