Many of your patients shown here have had severe periodontitis. And after that you insert short, tilted and narrow implants in posterior maxilla. Are you not worried about peri-implantitis and late implant loss?
Suggestions for access in guided implant placement in tuberosity area
Do you use guide in all your cases?
In immediate extraction cases do we graft to cover the jumping distance along with BLX ?

Would this concept work if still one upper molar remaining on the way but the rest of teeth missing with canine missing as well

Isn’t the crown over tuberosity tilted implant too much posterior? It seems that there is no occluding surface in mandible against it. Also is the posterior site cleanable by patient?
