If the patient accepts the diagnosis and can’t afford the re implanting to use fix prosthesis as alternative
The maxillary posterior teeth were extruded Should orthodontics be suggested prior to implants as there was a reversed curve of the posterior occlusion. Posterior teeth tilted and placing implants parallel creates possible perio problems
what bur do you use for implantoplasty?
What happens if for example my implant of 15 years l just woke up had buccal and palatial swelling . No pain . I took a pa xray of my 16 implant . I roof planned it myself and placed myself on antibiotics . It’s gone now . Perio probe showed bone loss between 6-8 mm all around .
How to measure probing depth in this case if the prosthesis were cement retained instead of screw retained?
