Hi Dr. When you say young age? How do we know what sort of age to do certain treatment plans?
The midline implant also eliminates anterior cantilever
Thank you, please can I clarify: how close to the nasolpalatine canal do you put your central implant if you do not enucleate the NP canal, best wishes Rupert Mazareanu
Where to start if I want to be involved in let’s say more basic cases
i am so sorry but a follow up question ?if its very very technique sensitive and critical with of course not good visibility why we do it ? does the surgical guide help minimize the risk ? last thing thank you dr for the incridible tech and presentation
Hi everyone
Thank you Dr.Ahmed Ali
Thank you both – great talk . George, are all your cases now guided? Is there more success that way – ?
Hello from Anchorage, Alaska. Great presentation and Thank you!
Can I make immediate loading on slot tech zygomatic implant and how many implant needed for full mouth?
Thank you
HI George – super presentation. How reliable / predictable are the guided Zygo? and from what you have mentioned, a small change in coronal portion would be quite a deviation apically
isnt?
Hi everyone Dr Amir Mubarak
Thank you both for your presentations. Dr George, you showed a great case with a midline conventional implant. What anterior-posterior distance do you maintain from the nasopalatine canal if you do not enucleate?
In your experience does a patient that has had a previous sinus lift (who should hopefully have some more crestal bone but not precluded from a zygo) are they less likely to get an OAC?
what is the success rate of the zygomatic implants and do the rate increase for the sloth technique dr gourge used
Thank you doctors, fantastic lectures!
Thanks you doc, how often do you need buccal fat pad or palatinal scarf grafts?
Hi Mr George, what rationale do you use when planning if a case requires quad or two single zygomatic implants?
Thanks is there any alternatives to Zygomatic approach as its full of Critical steps ?
Meshari damkh.. Saudi Arabia
Hi Mr George!
The new Straumann zygo implant is an ex hex – how would you remove such an implant if it fails -there would be no internal connection to engage?
Do guided surgery systems, have a role to play in zygomatic surgery?
