I agree that prosthesis straight to MUA without ti-bases has proven to be very effective. I’ve experimented with various screw types, including Rosen and Vortex screws and they’ve worked exceptionally well. Overall, I’m experiencing fewer complications compared to when using ti-bases

The case is beautiful, and an alternaitve for long term in case the patient cannot clean o take good care, you can provide full dentures, that duplicates the existing design this is possible with th digital workflow.
Was that Tranexamic acid you applied to the surgical sites?
Do you have a clinical photo of the patient with new prosthesis and in relaxed lip position?
