do you have a video how you cut the mandible during the first stage? Ever encounter the mental foramen/ nerve? How to manage it?
What is the vertical dimention of the bony window in your design? Do you need to use piezo or can it be done with burs?
Does your loading time differ in these cases since you technically fracture the plates ? Do you wait for more time before loading the implants?
Many clinicians would like to do osseodensification when the ridge width is narrow ? what is your opinion regarding the same? is ridge split superior technique/ recommended technique instead of osseodensification?
Does the buccal plate need to be completely detached/free floating?
